Absolutely! In my case my anonymous quote from last week was a prime example for me. I couldn’t remember who it was that said it (characters are like a mirage that becomes sharper as they get closer. …..), but boy , did a light bulb go off. It just opened my eyes, such a brilliant analogy about creating a character or just writing in general. It felt like, wow! This all makes sense!!
