Yep. My sister had a tree that she planted herself. She would come home to meet a family of deers on all twos feasting away. After a while she just gave up.:)

Love this take. Nothing like seeing deer on their hind legs eating in the trees.

Such a beautiful image…I used to love watched the deer (family!) come visit most mornings in our family home. It felt like I was blessed every morning and no matter how much things were tough (we divorced eventually) we still loved to watch them together.

The only time I see them is when I visit my sister in Florida ( I actually witness the feast once), or in the mountains of New York. I love watching the babies, always lagging behind. …:) Sounds like those were good times:)

When I travel to my friends in the country in the fall, I sometimes see dozens running in the fields from the woods

Wow, that must be something to see. Always see just one family (mom, dad, 2 babies), or a single one. They don’t come to Brooklyn, far too many crazy humans:)
