My niece and family did that 2 summers ago..went to festivals about the place and such. Folks were very, very friendly..and the place was beautiful.

it is a popular place here since it is only a 5 hour drive from Montreal…well, so is Manhattan:)

True:) We visited Ottawa this past summer, and I can’t believe I’m saying this as it says way more about us here than it does there, “it was so clean”. LoL! I hear that all the time from people visiting Canada.

Well Ottawa and Victoria, Bc may probably the cleanest cities in the country. I actually found Manhattan really clean when I went ten years ago compared to the sixties We are much less populated as well

Manhattan is pretty clean now. But the reason Ottawa stood out so much I think is I don’t even remember seeing garbage cans. Just amazing gardens everywhere. It was a great visit. Have a great day:)
