Writer’s Quote Wednesday

This is my entry for Writer’s Quote Wednesday over at SilverThreading.com

“Easy reading is damn hard writing.”
—Nathaniel Hawthorne

I can truly relate to this. A 3 line poem at times has taken me 2 days. And in the end I am still not sure it’s any good, I’ve just grown tired of lugging it around.

Now onto my quote about Christmas, it goes as follows:

“The knowing is easy. It’s the doing that gives us trouble”

Vannetta Chapman

Enough said on this one I think.
