For Carpe Diem Haiku Prompt
“Hearing”
The haiku in this prompt to include ‘sound’
Inspired by:
wedding bells sound
through the autumn haze
early this morning
creaking doors
this old mansion is alive
the Sakura* blooms

* A kind of Cherry tree
from far away
the sound of the temple bell
echoing through the mist
echoing through the mist
the strong sound of a temple bell –
scared butterfly
scared butterfly
flies in from far away
temple bell – dreams

Fantastic haiku, it also reminds me of a Japanese Water Harp, have you ever heard one?

No, but I went digging on utube and found this link. It was amazing. I think I’m going to try this in my garden, this is so cool. Thanks for the introduction 🙂
