I feel like I used this before, but I’m giving it a second whirl. Its of a church door. It’s a gray spring day in NYC and we are under a flood watch so this is it.
Oh! And this one taken in Thai restaurant near the Promenade 3 nights ago.

Don’t even know, but I love old houses. And sometimes, if they’re lucky, they kept their original doors which is usually the showpiece of the house. If only they could talk:)

I’m curious–when I was growing up, the church never locked its doors–has that completely changed, now that evil has invaded even the sanctity of God’s homes?

So true, I remember that too. That may very well be the reason. Although, on this particular church there were several entrances. To get in you have to open it.

Sad state of affairs…but I’m enjoying all your doors, specially the church ones 🙂

Ah, you’re in NYC, my favorite city next to my own. I visited last April for the first time and stayed next door to St. Bartholomew’s with a glorious view of it from my window. You have a beautiful blog, here.
