Lovely–and makes me think that from even hard frozen hearts, new growth can flower; magic and miracles.

Thank you Olga. I am feeling very springy, and bright! Everything earthly seem to be moving at warp speed. That tree did not look like that last week:)

What a lovely tanka describing spring and your photo is truly beautiful. There’s a spiritual flavour to your writing in this one…my old limbs are feeling springy:)

Thank you, that is a photo from my pear tree which I planted myself. The first fruits sparked a celebration with the neighbors. Yep, old limbs living new life:)

So lovely!! something to mark spring is here when you see those blossoms. We don’t see blossoms until May in Québec but I was in Toronto last week and it was lovely taking photos. When I lived there Spring was a month earlier and Winter a month later…I could see how I would have enjoyed 2 more months of sailing there.

Though my favorite time of of year is the fall, the flowers of spring always leave me feeling renewed:) A leaving of the dull drums behind:)
