A Knowing

the blush of autumn
now long gone, a quiet grace
takes its turn in time –
through creaky bones, a knowing –
like spring vines set to run wild

  1. Very Good one Pat. I like! On a weird note, we still have no snow and it’s barely freezing. We live in the snow belt, and it’s feeling like a drought coming. I still haven’t mounted the plow on my quad.

    • Glad you like it Jim😊

We had that one slushy snow fall so far which amounted to about 4 inches. It all melted the next day. Right now it’s 35F. Earlier it was in the 20s, I would rather that than the snow☺.
