These are wonderful. I had to laugh at the thought that someone might be living in the pop-up garage. I could see that. I love the little buildings that survive in big cities. I really like the gate to the yacht club abd the doors at # 502
Thank you Dan. On HGTV I see them use shipping containers for living space. They stack them and use a spiral metal staircase..in Texas where the heat rules. So I can just imagine🙂. This one would be cuter I think🙂. Have a blessed day!🙂
Thursday Doors is always one of my top fave features. It’s hard to choose which door I like best among these–I do like the BLUE one, for sure. And the top one looks like it’s painted in verdigris. Blessings to you Pat! 🙂 ❤
Thanks for the link. …Glad to see I’m not the only one thinking like that🙂 Didn’t know they had a name, “quonset hut”. Very interesting work they doing there in Detroit. I noticed from the link some are higher. Makes for a better chance of a window and roomier sleeping area. Thanks for the info.

These are great doors. The first blue one is particularly attractive.

love that blue door, and the other one with the wreath!

That one with the wreath is so cute, and tiny. I always wonder what the space looks like inside. Thanks Tanja🙂.

The fancy gate is my favorite but the ‘boyfriend’ room building is awesome. I always envisioned having a read room in one of those.

That would be a good spot for a read room. Sorry for the late response🙂. Thanks for stopping by🙂

Detroit has a quanset hut community called True North–a friend lived in one for a few years. Here is a link: https://detroit.curbed.com/2017/6/16/15816514/quonset-hut-true-north-detroit
