I am trying a new form of poetry called the Lantern poem. So called as when done it should assume the shape of a lantern with a syllable count as follows
1-2-3-4-1
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th lines further describe the 1st and the last one is a synonym to the first…..pretty cool!!
rain
heavy
all last night
lulls on tin roof
storm
