PPAC #8 Immersive Van Gogh ..#2

These are from earlier this summer. Huge projections of Van Gogh’s work was the makeup of this exhibit (onto full walls and floors). One of the coolest things I’ve done in the city!

Some of the fade-ins &outs made for a whole other experience!

A video of the event A bit long, but it gives a pretty good idea of what went on. Enjoy!

PPAC #4

This was taken on a cruise 2 years ago outside the jazz & blues club on board… BB King
I have to admit that when I took this photo of this mural I didn’t know who it was. Fellow bloggers pointed it out…John Coletrane
The artist is SACSIX
Credit to the artists and curator.

This in the neighborhood across from the Brooklyn Museum. It was a distraction for a new building that was going up. Something more fun to look at than construction.

Letters

For this week’s challenge, share a photo with letters — no matter the alphabet.

I took this shot while I was out and about this weekend. It was on a wall/fence. I see ‘ME’ clearly, the rest of it I’m getting cross-eyed trying to read it.
