I can’t help but smile

sharing hopes and dreams
your help as the waves claimed sand
beneath my feet, I felt safe

I wouldn’t put this in the oddball, more in the different and eye catching category. I stood there for a while just taking it in.
This was on the grounds of the Embassy for Indonesia in Washington, DC.
If anyone knows the symbolism please share.
The red circles twirl in the wind. It must be something to see on a windy day! Right in front of this is a bus stop. So it entertains the travellers:)

I was wandering around in Park Slope today.the home of brownstones with interesting archetectural features…Everyone I go by this one I wonder what they use this room for, besides a sun room that is.
Maybe it’s an office, it’s just so exposed. Just below that fence is the sidewalk, then a narrow street.
..and interesting doors
Except for this one that I captured in another neighborhood.
On this one, the top looked better than the door.
