So I needed a dose of periwinkle – purple

I don’t know why

It gives me the warm and fuzzy

I don’t know why

But I do know it’s coming from childhood

In a good way, hence the warm and fuzzy

And I don’t care why

Forsythia

One of four forsythia bushes at ‘Ole Rickety’, the space I run away to. This is what it looked like today, yes buried in snow, past my knees and not a bloom in sight. And no, I’m not loosing it. I just really like this pic so I’m using it twice..with this one, it was sunnier.

Under this is a bench, now transformed to a chaise. This formation as a result of a broken outdoor faucet that sent water spewing through the air. On a single digit day, this was the result.
