#Wordless Wednesday
This baby is $28,000.00
My first trip to Sedona…it was jaw dropping, natures’s art at its best. Folks are very artsy, sculptures, paintings, and jewelry every where. Very friendly. I don’t know why I expected sand, too many movies I guess. Felt like I was living in a painting. Maybe that’s why everyone was so mellow๐. I drove up steep, curvy roads. Looked down the deepest canyons, and saw in person for the first time a few people rock climbing!!!ย Like in the movies!! And everywhere we ate, the food was ridiculously good. We stayed at Los Abrigados. Excellent. One of most surprising thing was the weather. Though it was in the desert we were at a 3000 foot elevation.ย It was way cooler than I expected.ย I loved it!!!!

I have never seen this before. I am told it’s cauliflower!!! Does this count as a flower? I met this at the farmer’s market I browse every saturday, rain or shine. Some people there laughed when I said it was too pretty to eat and that I’d have to photograph it before I cooked it. Little do they know, right๐
Romanesco cauliflower .. a visitor to this blog told me …again, thank you.

This is a really BIG leaf!! Never notice one this size before around here. I looked around for the tree with no luck. Maybe it’s travelling๐.

I am continually surprised by the flowers still blooming in my garden at this time of year. Delicate, but hardy.
